About Me

About

Inspired by the questions my friends and family working outside the tech world ask about AI, I write to bring insight, clarity and transparency to help non-technical people feel confident and empowered to play a role in responsible AI adoption.

Background

Leveraging 15+ years driving strategy, operations, and transformation across Fortune 500s, high-growth SaaS, and startups.

Before I transitioned into the corporate world I had the incredible fortune to fly helicopters as a U.S. Navy pilot. The 20-Point AI Adoption Framework©was a personal project that allowed me to merge my two worlds and create a tangible playbook to increase AI adoption.

What I Believe

I believe fear of the unknown fades fast when met with grit and a little courage.

I believe shiny objects are fun to chase, but they burn out faster than a shooting star.

I believe in foundations over fads, playbooks over noise, and execution over excuses.

And I believe people, not tools, are the real power behind AI.

How you can work with me

I love helping people move faster and smarter, bringing clarity to uncertainty, simplicity to complexity, and momentum to stalled initiatives.

  • Advising executive teams on scaling operations and accelerating growth

  • Speaking on AI, strategy, and leadership under pressure

  • Mentoring veterans and diverse leaders breaking into tech
