And it's not the tools. It's the people :) Nobody can become AI fluent in a weekend...

The husband works in an organisation that has rolled out Copilot and told staff to go nuts using it - he's seeing madness as people have no idea how to use it, no idea what guardrails look like, what AI can help with or how to test output... 🤯 Sending him this post!
